Executive Council
The Executive Council consists of the leadership of the USG to act as a liaison between the students and the administration, as well as between the students and their student government. They are to promote and sponsor a range of social, cultural educational and service programs and further the benefits and privileges of the undergraduate student body. The executive council can hire staff, at their discretion, to assist in their particular roles and for daily operations in the office.
Senate
The primary role of the Senate is to promulgate legislation beneficial to and in the best interest of the undergraduate students, and to work closely with the Executive Council to ensure that legislation is properly implemented. In addition, every Senator must serve on at least one standing committee, attend two office hours a week and submit a monthly report.
Judiciary
The USG Supreme Court handles all appeals and grievances of the student body and student organizations. There has also been a lower Judicial Council and a Student Bureau of Investigations (SBI) in the past, each appointed by the President as necessary.
