The Treasurer is the Chief Budgetary Officer of the USG and the chair of the Senate Budget Committee. He is responsible for the preparation of the annual budget. He is in charge of inventory on all capital assets of the USG and member organizations. The Treasurer works closely with the VP of Communications to disseminate information about the state of the budget, and any changes to budgetary policies and procedures.

The elected Treasurer for the Academic Year of 2010-2011, Moiz Khan, has resigned from his position. There will be an election for the position of Treasurer this Fall. The President of USG has appointed an interim Fiscal Officer to carry out the day-to-day duties of the Office of the Treasury, Julian Cordero.
