The Office of the Vice President of Academic Affairs of the Undergraduate Student Government (USG) at Stony Brook University (SBU) is located in the Student Activities Center, USG Suite, Room 215. If a member of the Office of the Vice President of Academic Affairs is present and available, they will gladly meet with you. If a member is unavailable at any given time, please leave a message at the front desk of the USG Suite with your name and SBU email address, and we will get back to you shortly. The meetings of the USG Senate University and Academic Affairs Standing Committee are held every Tuesday at 5:30 PM during the Fall and Spring academic semesters, and at dates and times throughout the Summer and Winter Intersessions, in the Student Activities Center, USG Suite, Room 205. These meetings are open to the public, and students are welcome, and encouraged, to attend! These meetings will discuss any and all concerns students have with regards to University affairs and policies, in addition to academic affairs.
